Help, I can't get through xigncode

When you can't go through Xigncode
Please delete all of the cabal download.exe files and re download cabal.
If a xigncode error still occurs when the cabal client is downloaded again
please check your 1. anti-virus software, firewall
2. Malware, virus,
3. proxy setting, download, patch issue
If you have continuous xigncode issues please submit a CS and we will check as soon as possible.
