Change in Monster Stat/Dungeon Lv. after new update

The Monster stats or difficulty Lv. of the dungeons will not change unless there is a notice made in prior about the change in monster stats or difficulty Lv. of dungeons in the update note. You may check the update notes at Cabal Homepage > News > Update Note Tab.
